💪🏼I never thought exercise could be so much fun. this is not my first rodeo. I have worked with other trainers in gyms while living in Brooklyn and have never had an experience like this before. Ray is not only an excellent trainer, he's also friendly, supportive and motivates me to train. He provides me with my favorite music while he trains me, I always look forward to my sessions.  I found him while surfing online 2 months ago for remote training and i'm glad I did! I work from home and the nearest gym to me is a hike. If i had to describe Ray in one word, it would be SUPERB! When he asked me to write out a reference for him, I could not get to my mac quick enough :)!

 💪🏼I started with Ray in 2020 when my world moved home and online. Working as a psychotherapist for a community mental health clinic was not exactly a calm job during the pandemic and we all remember that. I found Ray on the NextDoor app and we began to work out twice weekly online. He helped me to stay active and it would have been easy not to. Ray always seems to know how to work around my pain spots and to push me just enough when I get lazy. I have to say that along with Andrew Cuomo, Ray was a big support in helping me through that hard time and more than a few laughs. He is a great guy and shows knowledge and cares for me as a client!

💪🏼UPDATE: When I started with Ray, I wore a snug 20/22 in pants. Most of the time I order two sizes to see what size would fit. Recently, I placed an order and intended to order an 18 and 16 but accidentally ordered a 16 and a 14. To my delight, I can comfortably fit into a 14! During the Covid lockdown, I was beyond elated that Ray could fit me into a 3-day-a-week virtual workout schedule. 💪🏼Training with Ray remotely for over two months. Sessions are action-packed and fun, keeping me in shape even without access to the gym. We connect via Facetime on my phone or iPad - Ray can both demonstrate proper form and correct me when I do the sets over video-call. While I do have basic weights at home, some of our sessions don't even require them. All in all, you just a phone and a chair to put it on to work out with Ray - no excuses for skipping gym time!

💪🏼I am 47 years old and have moderately worked out on-and-off my whole life. I have tried and quit more exercise programs & gyms than I can remember. I get bored, hurt, busy or they require so many hours of my time that I just can’t manage. Ray has education and experience in fitness and people.
