💪🏼UPDATE: When I started with Ray, I wore a snug 20/22 in pants. Most of the time I order two sizes to see what size would fit. Recently, I placed an order and intended to order an 18 and 16 but accidentally ordered a 16 and a 14. To my delight, I can comfortably fit into a 14! This gives me the motivation to continue with Ray plus I will be adding a third day to my workout! Many thanks to Ray!

The sessions help me to keep my mind and body in shape throughout the pandemic and I’m so grateful to Ray for helping me recommit to taking care of myself. Ray has not only taught me about working out and how to do it properly but how to use it to transform my body and life. Ray is personable, and reliable and truly took the time to get to know me and my lifestyle. 💪🏼Ray Turull saved my life during the Covid-19 lockdown!! Ray was my prior in-home boxing trainer. During the Covid lockdown, I was beyond elated that Ray could fit me into a 3-day-a-week virtual workout schedule. Ray met me where I was (physically) and continues to support, push and encourage me during my workouts. Although I am in my sixties, Ray does not structure my workouts for that age. If you are capable and he sees your potential, your workout program will include things that 40 year olds are doing. Again, he will meet you where you (physically) are. Great opportunity to work with him. I consider Ray a true blessing.
